Information on Products with Different Lead Times
You are seeing this message because there are products in your basket with different lead times, such as ‘In Stock’ or ’3-5 Days’ (please note that these are examples only, and not specific to your basket). The lead time for each item is displayed on the product page, and again in the basket below each item.
You can choose how you have these items delivered to you:
‘Group my items into as few deliveries as possible’
Choosing this option means we will wait until we have all of your items ready before dispatching them. Your delivery time will therefore be the same as the product with the longest lead time in your basket.
‘I want my items sooner. Dispatch them as soon as they become available’
If you are in a hurry, you have the option of splitting your order up and receiving multiple deliveries. This means your delivery charge will increase as there will be a charge for each delivery.
